**Job Title:** Vice President of Sales & Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead the organization’s sales and marketing functions, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. Own strategy, execution, budgeting, and cross‑functional alignment to achieve corporate objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute Salesforce architecture, segmentation, training, messaging, and prioritization.
- Translate corporate strategy into short‑ and long‑term sales plans, quotas, and compensation structures.
- Develop, refine, and monitor sales processes, pipeline reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
- Conduct market analysis, create customer‑centric business plans, and champion digital tools and analytics.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales leadership; set performance targets and variable compensation.
- Establish and nurture key customer relationships; oversee quarterly/annual account reviews.
- Integrate strategic opportunities into prioritized workflows, ensuring cross‑team collaboration.
- Approve new customers, vet leads, and resolve account conflicts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding customer base and optimizing pricing.
- Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitability.
- Identify and execute on marketing channels and competitive tactics to maximize volume.
- Prepare KPI dashboards and opportunity pipelines.
- Decide on brand, go‑to‑market strategies, events, and marketing spend.
- Guide solution development and business analysis teams under supervision.
**Required Skills:**
- 15+ years progressive corporate management, with proven sales/marketing leadership.
- Strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of sales strategies, employee motivation, and customer‑centric selling.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, deployment, and analytics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
- Budgeting and financial stewardship.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of senior sales/marketing experience.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator/Developer, Certified Sales Professional, or Marketing Management certification are a plus.
