Job Description
**Job Title:** Assistant Manager Sales Marketing & Communications **Role Summary:** Supports commercial growth by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and external partners to execute trade marketing initiatives, manage sales-facing communications, and ensure consistent brand representation across trade, distributor, retail, and digital channels. **Expectations:** - Execute trade shows, export initiatives, and industry events for multiple food brands. - Produce and maintain marketing assets that align with brand standards and commercial goals. - Coordinate product information and media across internal teams and distributor/retail systems. - Maintain active social media presence and support distributor/retail marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and run trade shows, exports, awards submissions, and other industry events. - Create and manage presentations, sell sheets, flyers, and B2B email campaigns. - Curate an organized asset library for internal and external use. - Develop and maintain product spec sheets and core product data. - Coordinate product photography and syndication (e.g., Syndigo). - Manage distributor and retail marketing briefs and materials. - Oversee organic social media on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. - Support product launches, trade events, and brand initiatives with targeted content. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Experience with marketing asset management and digital platforms (Syndigo preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or consumer goods (food/CPG experience strongly preferred). - Willingness to travel up to 15% for trade shows and events.
