**Job Title:** Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager – Contract
**Role Summary:**
Serve as the central liaison for Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives from intake to delivery. Own and optimize systems, processes, and analytics that provide visibility into budgets, performance, and workflows. This 6‑month maternity‑cover role may convert to full‑time based on impact.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver clear, efficient marketing workflows and real‑time budget/performance dashboards.
- Maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system as the trusted source of truth.
- Ensure packaging graphics comply with brand, regulatory, and retailer standards.
- Drive vendor and agency alignment with internal processes and budget constraints.
- Achieve measurable improvements in timeline adherence, budget compliance, and cross‑functional satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Packaging Project Management** – Lead comprehensive packaging audits, manage graphics documentation, version control, and status reporting; identify and remediate workflow gaps.
2. **Digital Asset Management** – Administer the marketing DAM, enforce governance standards, train users, and promote adoption.
3. **Marketing Budget Tracking** – Track spend, forecast, reconcile plans, and produce reporting for Marketing and Finance leadership.
4. **End‑to‑End Process Ownership** – Design, document, and continuously refine intake, prioritization, planning, execution, approval, and launch workflows; set milestones, timelines, and SLAs.
5. **Data, Reporting & Performance Measurement** – Define operational KPIs, build dashboards, ensure data consistency, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
6. **Vendor & Agency Management** – Manage contracts, SOWs, relationships, and external spend; ensure alignment with internal timelines and budgets.
**Required Skills:**
- 4–5 years marketing operations experience (process design, budget management, analytics).
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency with reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with Digital Asset Management systems and governance.
- Project management expertise, including packaging or creative asset workflows.
- Excellent communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven vendor/agency management and contract oversight.
- Highly organized, systems‑thinking, proactive problem‑solver with collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification; familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
