The Davines Group begins its journey in Parma in 1983, with the Bollati family's idea of establishing a laboratory for the production of high end hair products. Job Description
Data Analyst Role Summary: Drive organizational decisions through data integrity, analytical insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on salon sellout programs, KPI tracking, financial analysis, and workflow optimization. Expectations: Maintain data accuracy, deliver actionable analytics, and support strategic alignment between departments and international teams. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee receipt and validation of 24+ files in diverse formats; conduct monthly database maintenance. - Design and deploy Power BI dashboards for internal/external stakeholders; analyze sales trends and variances. - Update financial reports (P&L, budgets), perform margin analysis, and align forecasts with business units. - Collaborate with distributors, IT, and cross-functional teams to enhance sellout programs and operational efficiency. Required Skills: - Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development) - Advanced Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query) - Data analysis techniques, KPI/OKR tracking, financial operations support - Cross-functional communication and problem-solving in fast-paced environments - Data visualization tools, reporting systems, and organizational efficiency strategies Required Education & Certifications: 2–3 years in Data Analytics, Operations, or related roles preferred.
