Job Description
Job title: Senior Business Analyst Role Summary: Lead business analysis for financial services projects, from discovery to delivery. Map current and future state processes, generate documentation (use cases, BPMN, UML, wireframes, user stories), and steer solution design with internal tech teams and external vendors. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensure requirements traceability, and support testing and implementation across Agile and Waterfall environments. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years of business analysis or change management experience, preferably in financial services. - Proven track record working with third‑party vendors and cross‑functional teams. - Strong stakeholder management and ability to simplify complex topics. - Proficiency in process design, data mapping, and documentation. - Comfort with multi‑location collaboration and fluent English (written & spoken). - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools. Key Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle: discovery, elicitation, analysis, documentation, traceability. - Map current and desired future processes; identify improvement opportunities. - Produce clear artifacts: use cases, BPMN diagrams, UML models, wireframes, user stories. - Partner with tech and vendor teams to design, validate, and deliver solutions. - Drive clarity and outcomes across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments. - Produce high‑quality documentation and support testing/validation through implementation. - Work across platforms such as CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Business Central. Required Skills: - Business requirements gathering and documentation. - Process mapping and optimization (BPMN, UML). - Agile and Waterfall methodology familiarity. - Stakeholder communication and negotiation. - Vendor relationship management. - Use of Azure DevOps (or equivalent). - Knowledge of financial services domain and regulatory context. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent are desirable.
