About the role

This is a permanent hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst based in Salford, with the flexibility of working from home 2-3 days per week. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, capturing and documenting business requirements, and ensuring it's projects/ change align with organisational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the analyst will effectively communicate findings, support decision-making, and contribute to the optimisation of business operations.

What you’ll do

Lead end to end requirements: discovery, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability.
Map current/future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Create clear artefacts (use cases, BPMN, UML, wireframes, user stories etc).
Partner with internal tech teams and third party vendors to design and deliver solutions.
Work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments; drive clarity and outcomes.
Produce high quality documentation and support testing/validation through to implementation.
Operate across a modern platform mix: CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Business Central (and more).
(Where relevant) use delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps to keep work visible and on track.

What you’ll bring

5+ years in Business Analysis/Change, ideally within Financial Services.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to make complex topics simple.
Experience delivering with/through third party vendors.
Solid grounding in process design and data/process mapping.
Comfortable working across a multi-location team; excellent written and spoken English.
