Job Title: EKA Contract Manager
Job Description: **Job Title**: EKA Contract Manager **Role Summary** Manage and grow business volume and scope‑of‑work (SOW) with European Key Accounts (EKAs). Work alongside Account Managers to handle day‑to‑day account activities, develop new and existing EKA opportunities, and support overall EKA targets and strategy. **Expectations** - Deliver new business tenders, calculations, and quotations within deadlines. - Ensure high‑quality, compliant contract management for all EKA agreements. - Coordinate pricing, discounts, and contract terms with Sales and Legal. - Provide accurate sales reporting and maintain clear internal/external communication. - Continuously improve EKA tools, processes, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare and submit new business tenders, RFQ/RFI responses, and pricing calculations. - Collaborate with Account Managers to identify commercial strategies and develop proposals. - Draft, review, and secure signatures on EKA contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and commercial terms. - Manage framework agreement reviews, bonus calculations, payment tracking, and reporting. - Coordinate legal issues with the Legal Department and external stakeholders. - Set and monitor discount parameters, pricing structures, and discount tools. - Support profit analysis and continuous improvement of EKA tools and processes. - Participate in customer meetings with local sales teams and stakeholders. - Prepare professional presentation materials for internal and external meetings. - Maintain accurate, timely sales reporting and communication of EKA commercial information. **Required Skills** - Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, preferably Material Handling Equipment. - Strong commercial acumen, customer‑oriented mindset, and drive to achieve targets. - Proven tender management experience (RFQ/RFI) under tight deadlines. - Structured, flexible, and pragmatic approach to secure quick wins. - Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian) are an asset. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office and reporting/analysis tools. - Experience in international contract management. - Project‑management education or certification. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
