Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer Role Summary Support end‑to‑end recruitment across diverse roles, ensuring a seamless candidate & hiring manager experience while managing administrative, compliance, and data‑management tasks. Expactations - 1–2 years of in‑house recruitment experience. - Strong administrative precision and multitasking. - Deep understanding of UKVI sponsorship & right‑to‑work requirements. - Proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Bright HR, Employment Hero) and ATS. - Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter & sourcing platform usage. - Excellent written & verbal communication. Key Responsibilities - Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer administration. - Draft role specifications with HR leadership; advise on sourcing strategies. - Build candidate pipelines for critical positions. - Maintain accurate records in HRIS/ATS; produce KPI reports using Excel (pivot tables, basic analytics). - Conduct pre‑employment checks, reference requests, and onboarding paperwork. - Ensure GDPR & internal data protection compliance. - Administer UKVI sponsorship documents and audits. - Attend stakeholder interviews, take notes, and document outcomes. - Provide high‑quality administrative support; professional communication with internal/external parties. - Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Required Skills - In‑house recruitment / talent acquisition experience (2+ years). - Administrative excellence, detail focus, and independent work capability. - UKVI right‑to‑work and visa sponsorship expertise. - HRIS & ATS proficiency (e.g., Bright HR, Employment Hero). - LinkedIn Recruiter, job board, and sourcing tools. - Advanced Excel (data entry, pivot tables, basic reporting). - Excellent communication (written & verbal). - Capability to handle fast‑turnaround hiring cycles and work collaboratively. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field). - HR / recruitment certifications preferred (e.g., CIPD Level 2/3, ATAS, or equivalent).
