Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Network Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, prioritizing Cisco systems, security protocols, and data-driven performance analysis to ensure secure, high-performance connectivity across large-scale environments. **Expectations:** - Expertise in Cisco networking hardware/firewalls (e.g., Cisco 8500, FTD/9800) and security tools. - Proven ability to develop network performance reports using Power BI for strategic decision-making. - Experience in network optimization, cloud integration (Azure, AWS), and mentoring technical teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and maintain complex Cisco-based networks, firewalls, and wireless solutions. - Optimize network security via ACLs, port security, and vulnerability assessments. - Generate Power BI reports on network performance, security, and infrastructure health. - Administer server/data center infrastructure (VMware, VMware vCenter, fiber cabling). - Lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis for network stability. - Collaborate on infrastructure projects (disaster recovery, backup, capacity planning). - Mentor junior engineers and develop technical documentation. **Required Skills:** - Cisco enterprise networking (routers, switches, firewalls), Cisco AnyConnect, and wireless controllers. - Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. - Network security management (ACLs, firewall policies, compliance standards). - Virtualization (VMware vCenter) and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365). - Problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - CCNA certification mandatory; CCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification preferred. - GDPR compliance awareness advantageous.
