**Job Title:** Account Executive - Salesforce Services **Role Summary:** Drive new business development by selling Salesforce professional services, including implementation, data, advisory, and managed services, while building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted sales advisor. **Expectations:** 3-5+ years securing and growing business; 2+ years in Salesforce/SaaS sales, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets. Strong strategic communication, presentation skills, and partnership with internal and external sales teams required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Sell professional services (implementation, advisory, managed services) in Salesforce ecosystem. - Act as trusted advisor, developing tailored business plans and client engagement strategies. - Collaborate with Salesforce and partner sales teams to establish new business relationships. - Target and cultivate key relationships (buyers/influencers) to drive pipeline growth. - Deliver high-value client touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and project success. - Lead client discovery initiatives and present solutions-aligned proposals with account/practice leaders. - Qualify client budgets and timelines to align proposals with business needs. **Required Skills:** - Strategic sales planning and solution selling. - Advanced negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (deck creation). - Relationship-building across clients, partners, and Salesforce ecosystem stakeholders. - Sales process execution (prospecting, qualifying, closing). - Collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree preferred; Salesforce-related certifications (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot) or equivalent SaaS sales experience advantageous. No specific mandatory education/certification required.
