**Lead ServiceNow Developer** **Role Summary** Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, providing technical leadership and client collaboration in an Agile environment. **Expectations** - Deliver scalable, low‑code solutions that modernize current platforms. - Guide technical teams through complex implementations and quality standards. - Bridge business requirements with technical architecture. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate a prioritized product backlog into ServiceNow capabilities. - Lead development, configuration, and administration tasks. - Build and manage request workflows, tasks, and data flows. - Debug, test, and review code for quality, stability, and scalability. - Execute Agile ceremonies: planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives. - Present solutions during sprint demos and cross‑functional discussions. - Contribute to platform architecture, reusable patterns, and PoCs. - Promote knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption. **Required Skills** - Extensive enterprise ServiceNow development experience. - Proven leadership in technical teams and complex implementations. - Deep knowledge of PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, Service Portal, and virtual agent/employee center. - Integration design between ServiceNow and external systems. - Agile delivery model proficiency. - Strong platform configuration, custom development, workflow, and data‑structure expertise. - Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. - Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders. - ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience. - U.S. Citizenship with Public Trust clearance eligibility. --- **Senior ServiceNow Portal Developer** **Role Summary** Develop modern, responsive portal and workspace experiences on ServiceNow, collaborating with designers and clients while mentoring junior developers. **Expectations** - Deliver polished, scalable user interfaces that meet client needs. - Mentor junior team members and support knowledge growth. - Ensure accessibility, performance, and maintainable design. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop responsive mobile and web experiences using modern front‑end technologies. - Build custom ServiceNow portal components and workspace experiences. - Lead design reviews and client requirement sessions. - Collaborate with project managers and developers to estimate, prioritize, and deliver work. - Code, debug, document, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications. - Contribute hands‑on to development, configuration, and administration. - Mentor junior developers and foster team growth. **Required Skills** - Proven portal/workspace development experience on ServiceNow. - Front‑end expertise in AngularJS and other modern web technologies. - Experience with virtual agent, Employee Center, or similar features. - Custom ServiceNow application development in scoped environments. - UI performance, accessibility, and scalable design principles. - Ability to collaborate across design, development, and delivery teams. - Full‑cycle development proficiency from requirements to deployment. - Mentoring or coaching experience with less‑experienced developers. - ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - U.S. Citizenship with Public Trust clearance eligibility.
