**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, providing technical leadership and client collaboration in an Agile environment.

**Required Skills**

- Integration design between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Agile delivery model proficiency.
- Strong platform configuration, custom development, workflow, and data‑structure expertise.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred.
