We are growing and looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our team. These roles are hands-on, collaborative, and impactful, working alongside talented engineers in an Agile delivery environment.

Job 1: Lead ServiceNow Developer

Base Salary: $130,000 – $165,000

Role Overview

As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to modernize platforms using low-code capabilities while helping guide technical delivery and best practices.

This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and client-facing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement new ServiceNow capabilities aligned to a prioritized product backlog
Lead and contribute to ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration efforts
Build and manage service requests, workflows, request items, tasks, and supporting data flows
Apply creative problem-solving to complex technical and business challenges
Develop, test, and review code to ensure quality, stability, and scalability
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
Present solutions during sprint demos and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to platform architectures, reusable frameworks, and proof-of-concept initiatives
Support internal knowledge sharing and best-practice development

Qualifications

Core Requirements

Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience
Extensive hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments
Proven ability to lead or influence technical teams through complex implementations
Experience across multiple ServiceNow product areas such as PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or Service Portal
Virtual agent, employee center and other CSM related experience.
Background designing and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Comfort working within Agile delivery models and cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of platform configuration, custom development, workflows, and data structures
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
Active ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS)
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Job 2: Senior ServiceNow Portal Developer

Base Salary: $120,000 – $145,000

Role Overview

As a Senior ServiceNow Portal Developer, you will focus on building modern, intuitive portal and workspace experiences on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and clients to deliver polished, scalable user interfaces while mentoring junior team members.

This role blends front-end development expertise with ServiceNow application design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive mobile and web experiences using modern front-end technologies
Build custom ServiceNow portal components and workspace experiences
Lead design reviews and client requirement sessions to ensure alignment and quality
Collaborate with project managers and developers to estimate, prioritize, and deliver work
Code, debug, document, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications
Contribute hands-on to ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
Mentor junior developers and support team growth

Qualifications

Core Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong experience building and supporting ServiceNow portal or workspace-based solutions
Demonstrated front-end development skills using modern web technologies, AngularJS.
Virtual agent, Employee Center, etc is a plus.
Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications within scoped environments
Solid understanding of UI performance, accessibility, and scalable design principles
Ability to collaborate across design, development, and delivery teams
Comfort working across the full development lifecycle from requirements through deployment
Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced developers
ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
