Job Title: Marketing Intern Role Summary: Part‑time, real‑world marketing role supporting day‑to‑day initiatives, mainly social media, content creation, and campaign coordination across multiple accounts. Expectations: - Commit 10–15 hours weekly with a flexible schedule. - Work independently while collaborating closely with the Marketing Director and other team members. - Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and attention to detail in all deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and schedule social media content for several loan officer and brand accounts. - Maintain consistent branding, voice, and posting cadence across platforms. - Create short‑form video, photography, and behind‑the‑scenes content; assist with filming and content days. - Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and promotions. - Build basic marketing assets in Canva (social posts, flyers, internal materials). - Organize and archive digital content libraries and marketing files. - Support event promotions, email campaigns, and internal marketing initiatives. - Monitor engagement metrics and assist with basic reporting. - Provide general marketing support as required. Required Skills: - Strong interest in marketing, social media, or communications. - Proficiency or familiarity with major social platforms and current content trends. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Basic Canva experience or willingness to learn; camera comfort is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
