Marketing Intern (Part-Time)

Atlantic Trust Mortgage is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Director and provides hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, brand support, and campaign coordination. The intern will assist in managing and supporting social media content for multiple loan officers, helping maintain consistent branding, engagement, and visibility across platforms.

This position is ideal for a student or early-career professional looking to gain real-world marketing experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working a flexible schedule.

Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, very flexible

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and scheduling social media content for multiple loan officers and brand accounts
Help ensure consistent branding, voice, and posting cadence across platforms
Support content creation including short-form video, photography, and behind-the-scenes content
Assist with filming and content days as needed
Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and promotions
Create basic marketing assets using Canva (social posts, flyers, internal materials)
Organize and maintain digital content libraries and marketing files
Support event promotions, email campaigns, and internal marketing initiatives
Monitor engagement and assist with basic reporting and organization
Provide general marketing support as needed

Qualifications
Strong interest in marketing, social media, or communications
Familiarity with major social platforms and content trends
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication skills
Basic Canva experience or willingness to learn
Comfortable being on camera or assisting with video content is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing or related field preferred but not required
