The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a multi-faceted role that supports client accounts in the Integrated Brand studio, business development, and Farrynheight’s own marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with our Director, Integrated Brand, to help keep projects, proposals, and internal initiatives organized and moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the inner workings of an innovative integrated brand agency—someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and curious about how strategy, creativity, and marketing intersect.

Core Responsibilities

Support day-to-day coordination across active client work, including building project timelines, developing agendas, tracking action items, capturing call notes, and maintaining overall project organization.
Assist in preparing creative briefs, meeting recaps, and internal presentations that synthesize input across teams.
Contribute to business development initiatives by helping organize proposals, update trackers, compile weekly updates, and coordinate meeting logistics.
Support Farrynheight’s marketing by organizing case studies, newsletters, and social content, maintaining asset libraries, and tracking thought leadership opportunities.
Participate in creative brainstorms and campaign development sessions by gathering inspiration, references, and supporting materials.
Assist in project documentation, file organization, and meeting scheduling to ensure cross-team clarity and alignment.
Help quality check decks, assets, and copy for formatting, grammar, and consistency prior to internal or client delivery.
Conduct research across categories, competitors, and cultural trends to inform both client and agency initiatives.
Partner with the Director, Integrated Brand, to maintain alignment and communication across Integrated Brand, Creative, and Social & Influencer teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with Asana and Slack preferred.
Curious, adaptable, and passionate about brand storytelling and creative marketing.
Full-time, remote-first position based in the U.S. This is a paid internship opportunity designed for candidates seeking to grow within the agency, with potential to advance into a Coordinator role following successful completion.
