**Job Title:** Information Technology Manager **Role Summary:** Leads corporate IT operations across Canada, the United States, and additional locations for a fast‑growing mergers & acquisitions advisory firm. Drives service delivery excellence, manages outsourced vendors, and builds scalable processes while supporting acquisition integrations and day‑to‑day technical needs. **Expactations:** - Operate effectively in a high‑velocity, high‑stakes environment. - Translate complex technical data into actionable business insights. - Collaborate cross‑functionally, mentor team members, and influence client outcomes. - Navigate ambiguity, meet tight deadlines, and work independently when required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily IT operations and support for all offices. - Manage outsourced IT/help‑desk partners, handle escalations, and enforce SLAs. - Direct hardware lifecycle, device provisioning, and IT asset management. - Facilitate onboarding/offboarding and integration of acquired entities. - Execute IT projects while maintaining operational stability. - Design and implement scalable IT processes to accommodate rapid growth. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years in IT operations or corporate IT support. - Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and service contracts. - Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and communication abilities. - Service‑oriented mindset with high ownership in dynamic settings. - Technical proficiency with Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Entra, SharePoint, and related M365 tools. - Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and corporate systems (e.g., NetSuite) advantageous. - Ability to travel across Canada and the U.S. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or ITIL are a plus.
