Job Description
Job Title: Head of Growth & Marketing (part-time) Role Summary: Strategic marketing leader responsible for developing and owning the unified growth roadmap for both the high‑ticket coaching program and the eCommerce supplement line. Focuses on funnel architecture, cross‑channel planning, data‑driven optimization, and setting performance metrics. Works remotely, reporting to senior leadership, and is expected to potentially transition to full‑time. Expectations: * Drive clear, data‑backed growth strategy with accountability for customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. * Own funnel design, KPI definition, and reporting dashboards. * Coordinate with creative, PMs, and paid media owners to align brand messaging and performance goals. * Apply testing discipline, prioritize high‑ROI experiments, and translate insights into actionable priorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop unified marketing strategy across coaching and eCommerce brands. 2. Design and optimize customer journeys, funnels, and conversion paths for acquisition and retention. 3. Audit existing funnels, assets, and performance data to identify quick wins and long‑term improvements. 4. Guide segmentation and positioning strategy for supplements versus high‑ticket program. 5. Set and track KPIs, produce regular performance reports to leadership. 6. Lead paid media, organic, and content strategy (execution handled by existing team/contractors). 7. Ensure alignment and clarity across the marketing team, fostering ownership and urgency. Required Skills: * Funnel strategy and optimization expertise. * Data‑driven decision making and testing mindset. * Cross‑channel marketing knowledge (paid media, content, organic). * Strong communication and systems thinking. * Experience coordinating with project managers and creative teams. * Remote collaboration and contractor‑style work. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) preferred. ---
