Complementing the program is Serawise, our growing eCommerce brand offering targeted supplements and skincare products designed to address inflammation, gut health, immune balance, and eczema relief.
Together, our coaching and product ecosystem supports a transformative journey from education to action to lifelong wellness. We're scaling fast across digital platforms and looking for a strategic marketing leader to unify our efforts and drive performance.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Growth & Marketing to own the strategic direction, cross-channel planning, and performance outcomes for our marketing ecosystem. You will not be in the weeds executing tasks, but instead architecting our marketing roadmap, aligning the team around priorities, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable growth across both our high-ticket coaching program and eCommerce supplement line.
This is a part-time, strategic contractor role to start (10-20 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership position based on performance and business growth.
This role is ideal for a senior-level strategist who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments and has proven experience scaling health and wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and own a unified marketing strategy across both business arms
Design and optimize customer journeys, funnels, and conversion paths to improve acquisition and retention
Collaborate with the project managers and creative team to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and performance goals
Audit existing funnels, assets, and performance data to identify quick wins and long-term improvements
Guide segmentation and positioning strategy for supplements vs. high-ticket program
Provide strategic direction for paid media, organic, and content efforts (execution handled by existing team/contractors)
Set marketing KPIs and report on performance regularly to the leadership team
Bring a test-and-optimize mindset to campaigns, landing pages, and funnels
KPIs & Success Metrics
You will be accountable for the following outcomes:
Strategic clarity and execution alignment across the marketing team
Funnel performance visibility (dashboards or reporting that helps the team make smarter decisions)
Funnel conversion rate optimization
Customer acquisition growth across both brands
CAC (customer acquisition cost) improvements
Program enrollment growth
Supplement sales growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of marketing leadership or strategic growth experience
Proven track record scaling both eCommerce and high-ticket digital/online programs
Background in or passion for the health and wellness space
Excellent understanding of funnel strategy, digital customer journeys, and performance marketing
Confident working across multiple platforms and brand voices
Strong communicator and systems thinker who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Remote-first, available for part-time contractor work with growth potential
Comfortable in a contractor-based, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of ownership
Compensation:
This is a part-time contractor role starting at 10–20 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $100–$125 depending on experience and fit. We’re looking for someone who can deliver strategic impact and grow with the role over time.
