Job Description
**Job Title** Sales & Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate and streamline new business development and marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, proposal execution, and CRM management. Act as the primary liaison across business development, marketing, and internal departments to enhance efficiency and reporting. **Expectations** - Operate in a hybrid environment, attending studio 3 days per week. - Maintain high data integrity and process consistency. - Manage multiple tasks autonomously while adapting to shifting priorities. - Deliver measurable improvements in lead qualification, proposal throughput, and marketing alignment. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor new business inbox, initiate contact with prospects, and filter opportunities. - Follow up on events and qualify leads post‑event. - Own Pipedrive CRM: data entry, structure, accuracy, and reporting dashboards. - Coordinate proposal administration: create checklists, manage internal contributors, maintain templates, and ensure timely submission. - Support Marketing Manager in event coordination, communications plan execution, and content creation. - Keep company website and social media platforms updated and aligned with marketing goals. - Facilitate cross‑department collaboration to ensure smooth information flow. - Continually assess and refine sales and marketing processes, tools, and documentation. - Travel occasionally as required. **Required Skills** - 2–5 years in sales, marketing, or business development. - Strong written and verbal communication in English; professional proficiency in French. - Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. - Experienced with CRM platforms (Pipedrive or equivalent). - Analytical, detail‑oriented, structured approach to work. - Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management. - Autonomous, self‑organising, collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - (No specific certifications required; multimedia production or creative services background considered an asset.) ---
