Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays an important role within the business development team by supporting and coordinating the activities required to generate new business for Float4.

The role is focused on ensuring consistency, creating efficiency, and enabling ongoing assessment and improvement across new business and marketing efforts. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to support lead management, proposal development, CRM administration, and the execution of marketing initiatives.

MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

This is a hybrid role based in Montreal, requiring on-site presence at our studio three days per week.

Applicants must be currently based in Quebec and legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

Monitor the new business inbox and, when required, manage initial contact with prospects
Monitor research and lead-generation sources and filter potential new business opportunities
Conduct post-event follow-ups and assist in qualifying potential leads
Own the coordination, administration and ongoing optimization of the CRM tool (Pipedrive)
Ensure CRM data accuracy, structure and consistency across the business development pipeline
Structure and maintain reporting and dashboards to support visibility on new business efforts
Drive the proposal pipeline:
Coordinate and manage proposal administration from opportunity identification to submission
Create and maintain proposal checklists to ensure all response components are completed
Coordinate internal contributors and manage documentation related to proposal development
Maintain proposal-related templates, documentation and administrative processes

Marketing

Assist the Marketing Manager with coordination activities related to events, conferences and execution of the communications plan
Ensure marketing materials and documentation are created, updated and readily accessible for business development team members
Maintain the company website and social media platforms in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Assist with content creation, adaptation and distribution across marketing channels
Support the alignment of marketing initiatives with business development objectives

Cross-functional Coordination

Liaise and collaborate with other departments as required for sales and marketing-related activities
Support cross-department coordination to ensure smooth information flow and consistency 
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes, tools and documentation

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Occasional travel may be required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles
Experience within a multimedia production or creative services environment is considered a strong asset
Strong comfort with workplace software tools, including Google Workspace and Slack
Experience working with CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Professional-level proficiency in French

EMPLOYMENT TERM

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week)
