**Job Title:** District Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Lead sales efforts across a designated district, driving revenue growth by prospecting, closing deals, and nurturing relationships with approximately 400 small‑business clients. Manage territory performance, engage in networking, and serve as the primary customer advocate for the district. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. - Act independently while aligning with corporate sales strategies. - Achieve high compensation through performance‑based bonuses and commissions. - Demonstrate a competitive, high‑achiever mindset and teamwork across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect new small‑business accounts and generate qualified leads. - Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals. - Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and renewal. - Maintain accurate sales forecasting and territory reports in CRM. - Identify and pursue networking and referral opportunities. - Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to deliver client solutions. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in B2B sales and business development. - Strong prospecting, lead‑generation, and closing skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. - Self‑motivated, highly organized, and time‑management proficiency. - Ability to drive results independently while working cross‑functionally. - Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite. - Valid driver’s license; reliable vehicle for district travel. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, NAP Sales, or equivalent) are advantageous.
