Role Description

The District Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales within an assigned district, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with small business owners. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, and managing an existing territory with approx 400 small businesses. The role also includes identifying networking opportunities, and developing meaningful customer connections. This is a full-time role based in Steinbach/Winnipeg, MB.

Qualifications

Proven sales and business development experience, including prospecting, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and organizational skills to grow and nurture a territory
Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in customer service and client relationship management is an asset
Proficiency in using CRM platforms and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the district
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage
Self-Motivated and eager to reach top compensation levels through bonus and commissions
High-Achiever and hunger to drive and compete against teammates coast to coast to coast
