Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Manager – B2C **Role Summary:** Drive growth of consumer product categories by defining and executing short‑term (0‑6 month) go‑to‑market strategies. Manage the 4 P’s (product, price, place, promotion), analyze market and sales data, and partner with Product Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to meet performance targets. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable category KPI improvements within defined GTM cycles. - Provide accurate sales, profit, and forecast analysis to inform pricing and inventory decisions. - Lead cross‑functional product launches and ensure timely delivery of all launch assets. - Act as product evangelist, delivering training and enablement to sales and partner teams. - Maintain effective communication in English (bilingual preferred) and travel modestly as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute category GTM strategies, including product placement, channel selection, and promotional plans. - Monitor and report on sales, profit, and forecast performance; recommend corrective actions. - Coordinate product launch activities with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain; manage pricing, promotions, and clearance plans. - Collaborate with Marketing to create spec sheets, packaging, and other product collateral. - Conduct training and enablement sessions for sales and application teams. - Support inventory allocation and strategic planning with Operations and Product Planning. **Required Skills:** - Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities; data‑driven decision making. - Excellent communication, influencing, and persuasion skills. - Proven ability to build partnerships across functions. - Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in fast‑paced environments. - Proficiency with MS Office; project management, continuous improvement, or e‑commerce experience a plus. - Bilingual (English/French) preferred; English fluency required. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of product/category management or product marketing experience in the consumer goods (CPG) sector.
