**Job Title:** IT Talent Pool Coordinator
**Role Summary**
Identify, engage, and grow a high‑quality talent pool of experienced IT professionals across Montreal and Quebec. Actively source candidates, review technical profiles, and match them with relevant roles in software development, DevOps, data, cloud, security, QA, mobile, and product domains.
**Expectations**
- Target IT professionals with proven experience in at least one of the following areas: full‑stack development, backend/frontend, DevOps/SRE, data science/MLOps, data engineering, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, mobile development, QA/SDET, product management, business analysis, database administration, or ERP consulting.
- Candidates must be open to full‑time or contract opportunities and provide a clear seniority level, location preference, and salary expectation.
- Submit a contemporary CV and a succinct 24‑line summary outlining current role, primary technical skills, and next‑career goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain a scalable database of candidate profiles.
- Conduct proactive outreach through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, assess technical competencies, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate with client companies to understand role specifications and benchmark compensation.
- Match candidate skill sets, experience, and career objectives with available positions.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with employment regulations.
- Provide regular market and salary trend updates to candidates.
- Prioritize candidates marked as “Active” for urgent openings.
**Required Skills**
- Talent acquisition or recruiting experience (IT focus preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; French proficiency a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and candidate‑relationship management tools.
- Ability to evaluate technical skills across a broad IT spectrum.
- Detail‑oriented data accuracy and organization.
- Proactive outreach and networking capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional recruiting certification (e.g., AIRS, HRCI, or equivalent) is advantageous but not mandatory.
