**Job Title:** Marketing & Sales Intern **Role Summary:** Support the marketing and sales teams by managing lead flow, maintaining the HubSpot CRM, coordinating follow‑ups, generating reports, and creating social media content. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on experience in marketing operations, sales coordination, and business analytics. **Expactations:** - Complete all assigned tasks within a 15–20 hour weekly schedule. - Deliver accurate lead distribution, timely reporting, and consistent content support. - Meet weekly lead volume and conversion metrics as directed by leadership. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer data and internal communications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and capture incoming leads from website, PPC, and inbound channels. - Distribute leads to sales reps, ensuring accurate tagging, source tracking, and attribution in HubSpot. - Maintain clean, organized lead records and identify any distribution bottlenecks. - Collaborate with the sales team to track pipeline activity and support timely lead follow‑up. - Assist in preparing weekly marketing and sales reports, tracking lead volume, conversion trends, and campaign performance. - Capture photos and videos, write blog posts, and draft LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram updates. - Organize content calendars, schedule posts, and track basic engagement metrics. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Comfortable using HubSpot CRM (preferred but not mandatory). - Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation (bonus). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment or recent graduation with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - No additional certifications required.
