Marketing & Sales Intern
Location: San Francisco, CA (Pier 50)
Timeline: ASAP start | 16-week internship
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week | In-person

Internship Overview
This hands-on internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in marketing operations, sales coordination, CRM systems, and business analytics.
As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you’ll work directly inside HubSpot, collaborate with our sales team, and support real lead flow, reporting, and content initiatives that directly impact the business.
This is an entry-level role designed to build your resume with practical, real-world experience — not busywork
What You’ll Do
Lead Management & CRM (HubSpot)
Monitor incoming leads from the website, PPC campaigns, and inbound channels
Accurately distribute leads to the appropriate sales reps
Maintain clean, organized lead records
Ensure proper tagging, source tracking, and attribution
Sales Team Coordination
Work directly with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up
Assist with tracking pipeline activity and lead response
Help identify bottlenecks or gaps in lead distribution
Reporting & Internal Analytics
Assist with weekly internal marketing and sales reports
Track lead volume, conversion trends, and campaign performance
Support performance summaries used by leadership
Social Media & Content Support
Capture content (photos & videos) & compose blogs
Assist with drafting LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram posts
Help organize content ideas and scheduling
Track basic engagement metrics and performance
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Interested in marketing, sales operations, or business growth
Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in person at Pier 50, San Francisco
Bonus (not required):
Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM
Experience with social media or content creation
