This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the marketing function, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and at scale. You will own end-to-end campaign operations, optimize lead management, and implement scalable workflows that enhance pipeline health and conversion rates. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Demand Gen, Sales, RevOps, and Data, you will improve processes, governance, and data quality to ensure predictable and measurable marketing impact. This position requires a strategic, detail-oriented operator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys leveraging data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. The role offers the opportunity to influence high-level marketing strategy while managing day-to-day operational execution.
Accountabilities
Lead and manage end-to-end campaign operations, including intake, requirements, segmentation, QA, launch, and handoff
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategy into operational requirements that ensure timely and accurate campaign execution
Monitor and communicate operational performance, lead flow health, and campaign impact to senior leadership
Optimize lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and lifecycle tracking to support pipeline generation and sales handoffs
Design and scale cross-functional processes to improve execution quality, collaboration, and speed across Marketing, Sales, and Operations
Introduce structured testing and performance-based enhancements to workflows, scoring models, and campaign execution
Maintain data governance, compliance, and system alignment, ensuring clean and reliable data across CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools
Lead change management initiatives and operational workstreams to ensure consistent and scalable marketing operations
Requirements
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or related GTM operational roles
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, segmentation, and lead management workflows
Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and lead cross-functional operational initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools, translating data into actionable operational insights
Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, lead routing platforms, enrichment tools, and related MarTech systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to operational rigor
Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability to propose scalable solutions for complex workflows

Zone 1 (SF/Bay Area, NYC, Boston, Seattle): $136,000–$187,000
Zone 2 (LA, Irvine, Austin, Chicago, Philadelphia, Portland): $122,000–$168,000
Zone 3 (All other U.S. locations): $116,000–$159,000
