Business Developer & Account Manager
**Role Summary**
Drive growth for a SaaS time‑and‑attendance platform by prospecting, demonstrating, and closing contracts with HR and managerial stakeholders across Wallonia and Brussels. Manage the entire sales cycle, collaborate with internal HR consultants for adoption, and contribute insights to commercial strategy.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in SaaS or technology sales (full‑cycle preferred).
- Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline, convert leads into sales, and meet or exceed targets.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, and self‑driven in a fast‑growing startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; building trust with decision‑makers.
- Positive, solution‑oriented mindset with resilience under challenge.
- Fluency in French and English; working knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and prioritize target accounts; build pipeline using LinkedIn, CRM, events, and outbound campaigns.
- Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and social selling; secure meetings with HR and managerial prospects.
- Qualify prospects’ HR processes, challenges, and needs to tailor value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive demos showcasing the platform’s benefits to HR and managers.
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, negotiation, proposal drafting, and closing.
- Collaborate with HR consultants to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Share market insights, participate in playbook development, and pilot new sales approaches.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand reach.
**Required Skills**
- SaaS/technology sales experience with full‑cycle ownership.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to research and understand complex HR processes.
- Digital literacy: comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
- Multilingual communication: French (native), English (fluent), Dutch (conversational).
- Self‑motivation, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- No specific certifications required, but experience with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) is advantageous.
