Expactations: - Minimum three years’ experience in front-of-house or facilities management roles. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team. - Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management and conflict resolution. - Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist account manager in daily operations; act as deputy during their absence. - Manage visitor access, room bookings, and event logistics using visitor management systems. - Resolve escalated guest complaints and ensure compliance with data protection protocols. - Coordinate with internal teams (helpdesk, events) for operational efficiency. - Act as fire marshal, enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards. - Monitor and respond to facility-related queries via email and visitor systems. - Foster client relationships and align services with stakeholder expectations. Required Skills: - Client service excellence and interpersonal communication. - Team leadership and staff management. - Proficiency in data management and administrative software. - Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. - Knowledge of IT systems for access control and room bookings (e.g., visitor management). Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - SIA licence (achieved during probation via 7-day training). - BS7858 security vetting clearance. - Training in facilities management or related field (beneficial).
