Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Senior Front of House Receptionist to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties in Manchester.

The position holder will have step up responsibilities for the contract account manager so some experience/background in Facilities Management will be beneficial and will also have staff responsibilities so must know how to motivate, manage and coach the staff reporting into them.

The senior front of house receptionist role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide great customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met.

Training will be given to enable you to carry out your role effectively.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, from 08.00am to 5.00pm (40 hrs per week).

An SIA licence is required for the role and BS7858 security vetting clearance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

To assist the account manager in day-to-day operations and act as their deputy during account managers absence.
Provide a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Proactively engage with occupiers and visitors, building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Manage room/event bookings, visitor management system, access control etc. Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with data protection policies.
Resolve escalated guest issues and complaints with professionalism while oversee daily reception operations, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Building rapport through liaison with client meetings and agency office leads to understand expectations and requirements thereof
Manage client floor meeting room books and hospitality requests in line with requires procedures.
Support and monitor visitor management system, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain a high standard of front-of-house service, identifying opportunities for improvement where appropriate.
Monitor requests to reception and facilities e-mail address and resolve queries and requests efficiently.
Ensure visitor passes for events and client meetings have been prepared correctly where required.
Work closely with the other anabas team members on site in a one team approach to ensure seamless service to the client fostering a “see it, own it, fix it” mentality.
Internal liaison with helpdesk and events support to coordinate seamless operational efficiency and service delivery
Deal with any reasonable requests from anabas management team.
To be a fire marshal and assist with evacuations of the building.
SIA licence is desirable, but licence will be required to be achieved during probation period which will involve attending a 7 day training course.
You will act as the ‘go-to’ contact for all floor occupants and visitors, supporting a safe, compliant, and welcoming office environment.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with health & safety and environmental standards will be central to your responsibilities.
