**Job Title:** Sales Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and coach a team of 5–8 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve aggressive pipeline and quota goals in a fast‑growing fintech environment. Drive territory planning, outreach strategies, and cross‑functional collaboration to generate new B2B opportunities and deepen relationships with existing customers. Own team performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health while fostering a high‑performance culture of ownership, urgency, and resilience.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver consistent pipeline growth and meet or exceed quota targets for the team.
- Maintain an in‑office presence at least 3 days per week to set pace, urgency, and accountability.
- Engage actively in the sales cycle, coaching tickets in flight, joining client calls, and contributing to deal strategy.
- Build multi‑threaded stakeholder relationships within customer organizations and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Handle ad‑hoc initiatives that improve sales organization effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop territory plans and coordinate with marketing and product to execute revenue initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable outreach campaigns across phone, email, and social channels.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate SDRs, providing structured feedback and performance plans.
- Own team quota attainment, weekly forecast accuracy, and overall pipeline health.
- Monitor and report on individual and team metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Create sales playbooks, decks, and messaging frameworks.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to refine deals, product fit, and customer experience.
- Lead a culture of high performance, learning, and resilience.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting/exceeding pipeline or quota targets.
- Strong ability to coach SDRs on outreach, messaging, qualification, and deal escalation.
- Experience building sales playbooks, decks, and outreach templates.
- Expertise in pipeline management, daily metrics cadence, and forecast accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to multi‑thread complex customer organizations and engage senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a focus on in‑office presence.
- Ambitious, career‑driven, and able to hit the ground running.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Sales or leadership certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Sales Hacking Academy, or similar) are a plus.
