VSF Capital Markets
We provide access to private investment opportunities that are typically reserved for institutions or high-net-worth individuals. Using custom SPVs, we help both retail and accredited investors participate in high-growth ventures, real estate, and private equity deals.

VSF Capital Structuring
This division currently focuses on providing essential financial services such as bookkeeping, non-CPA accounting, and transaction tracking for early-stage companies. As we grow, we plan to bring on a CPA to expand our services into formal financial reporting, assurance-ready documentation, and SPV structuring that supports compliance and scale. This phased approach ensures we stay within our current capabilities while building toward more advanced offerings.
