Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary: Senior HR professional supporting operations leadership and frontline employees in a manufacturing/distribution environment to stabilize people operations, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure compliance. Expectations: 6–9 months (long-term temporary assignment); fully on-site; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (minimal overtime). Key Responsibilities: - Serve as primary HR partner for operations leadership and frontline employees - Resolve complex employee relations matters (investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action) - Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes - Partner with operations to mitigate people-related risks and ensure labor law compliance - Coach managers on performance management, documentation, and engagement strategies - Collaborate with HR teams to maintain operational consistency - Build rapport with hourly teams through consistent on-site presence Required Skills: Employee relations, business partnership, conflict resolution, labor compliance, performance management, operational HR, cross-functional collaboration, bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; 5+ years progressive HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operational environments.
