Job Title: Business System Analyst
Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end delivery and operational effectiveness of a unified ERP/CRM platform. Act as both product owner and Scrum Master, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely, scalable releases in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and prioritize business and system requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Maintain the product backlog, balancing business value and technical feasibility.
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, grooming, reviews, retrospectives) as Scrum Master.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, dependencies, and risks; enforce best practices.
- Serve as primary liaison among engineering, product, and business teams; monitor development, resolve blockers, and ground architectural decisions in business impact.
- Define and improve delivery processes, documentation, and communication flows.
- Plan releases, coordinate testing, UAT, and deployments; triage and resolve production issues.
Required Skills
- 4+ years as Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Proven experience with software engineering teams and platform/product development.
- Strong competency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical work.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management.
- Comfort in startup or rapidly changing environments.
Required Education & Certifications
- Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) preferred.
- Home‑grown or native platform experience (web, mobile, SaaS) valued.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud environments, and modern development stacks.
