**Job Title**: Junior Account Manager
**Role Summary**
Support senior account managers by serving as the primary client-facing liaison for ongoing digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate project workflows, track deliverables, and translate performance data into clear client communications, while maintaining accurate project documentation and proactive risk management.
**Expectations**
- 1–2 years of experience in account coordination or client-facing roles (agency experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and detail‑oriented approach, with the ability to learn digital marketing concepts across SEO, paid media, and analytics.
- Demonstrated commitment to transparency, flexibility, and achievement.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Client & Account Support** – Act as day‑to‑day point of contact; provide status updates, meeting notes, and follow‑ups.
2. **Project & Workflow Coordination** – Assist in scoping, tracking, and coordinating deliverables across SEO, paid media, CRO, and other internal teams. Maintain project management tools, flag risks, blockers, and scope concerns.
3. **Reporting & Insights Support** – Compile and review performance reports, dashboards, and prepare client‑friendly summaries and talking points. Support client meetings, QBRs, and planning discussions.
4. **Internal Collaboration** – Work closely with strategists and specialists to align client needs, internal timelines, and priorities. Support continuous improvement of account‑management workflows.
**Required Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar).
- Excellent time‑management and independent remote work capabilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid media, analytics).
- Adaptability to Agile or sprint‑based workflows is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- No specific industry certifications required; digital marketing or agency experience is advantageous.
