We are a fully remote agency. We pride ourselves on ensuring our team has a healthy work life balance, and as part of this, we only work six hour days, and ensure your capacity never exceeds these hours.
Full time remote is available within Canada only, (must be willing to flexibly work Eastern-Standard Time Zone hours).

About You:
Our Account Management team is growing, and we’re looking to hire a full-time Junior Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone early in their account management career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow their skills across digital marketing, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
You’ll work closely with Senior Account Managers, strategists, and delivery teams to help keep work on track, ensure clients stay informed, and support clear communication across priorities, timelines, and deliverables. While this is not a hands-on execution role, you’ll be expected to understand the fundamentals of our service offerings and confidently translate strategy and progress into clear, client-friendly communication.
You will be responsible for:Client & Account Support
Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts under the guidance of a Senior Account Manager
Supporting ongoing client communication, including status updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups
Helping ensure clients have clarity into priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Building trusted client relationships through responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactive communication
Project & Workflow Coordination
Supporting the management of both retainer and project-based work across multiple marketing channels
Assisting with scoping, tracking, and coordinating deliverables across internal teams (SEO, Paid Media, CRO, etc.)
Maintaining project management tools to ensure tasks are accurately documented, updated, and progressing
Proactively flagging risks, blockers, or scope concerns to senior team members
Reporting & Insights Support
Assisting with the compilation and review of performance reports and dashboards
Helping translate performance data into clear, client-friendly summaries and talking points
Supporting preparation for client meetings, QBRs, and planning discussions
Internal Collaboration
Working closely with strategists and specialists to ensure client needs are clearly understood and prioritized
Helping align internal teams around timelines, dependencies, and client expectations
Supporting continuous improvements to account and project management workflows
Qualifications and skills include:
1–2 years of experience in an account coordination, account management, project coordination, or client-facing role (agency experience is a plus)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Ability to learn and understand digital marketing concepts across SEO, paid media, and analytics
Experience using project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus points if you have:
Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency
Exposure to client reporting, dashboards, or analytics tools
Experience supporting or managing marketing projects with defined scopes and timelines
Familiarity with agile, sprint-based, or iterative workflows
Experience presenting updates or insights to clients (even in a supporting role)
Salary Range
$45,000 – $55,000, commensurate with experience.
