**Job Title**: Freelance CIO Advisory Practice Director **Role Summary**: Lead the strategic development and management of a CIO Advisory practice, focusing on IT strategy, digital transformation, and organizational governance. Design and deliver high-impact services to guide CIOs/CTOs in aligning technology with business goals. **Expectations**: Minimum 10 years in IT advisory, strategy, or leadership roles. Strong track record in managing large-scale IT transformations and commercializing services. **Key Responsibilities**: - Define and execute the strategic vision for the CIO Advisory practice. - Design, structure, and promote services addressing IT modernization, cloud, governance, and organizational transformation. - Develop cross-selling commercial opportunities with aligned services (e.g., cybersecurity, ERP). - Advise CIOs/CTOs on technology roadmaps, maturity audits, and transformation programs. - Supervise strategic projects (IT due diligence, cloud migrations, interim management). - Recruit, mentor, and develop IT strategy consultants while fostering team excellence. - Enhance practice visibility through thought leadership and high-level client engagement. **Required Skills**: - Expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and governance. - Proven leadership in commercial development, team management, and senior stakeholder advisory. - Strong analytical and communication skills for high-stakes client interactions. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on creating client value and operational results. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Advanced degree (e.g., engineering or IT management). - Proven experience in CIO advisory; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) advantageous.
