Job Description
Job title: Intern – End‑User Technology Role Summary: Support the end‑user technology (EUT) portfolio by assisting full‑time engineers in design, build, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end‑user solutions. Provide a bridge between support desk (L1), EUT Operations, and senior engineering staff, handling level‑3 incidents, change management, and root‑cause analysis. Expectations: Work independently on lower‑level engineering tasks while collaborating with senior engineers and support teams. Apply technical judgment, test hypotheses, and participate in the full project lifecycle from design to BAU transition. **Job Title**: Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise Security) **Role Summary** Lead the translation of enterprise security business needs into secure, technical solutions.
