Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Project Architect **Role Summary:** Lead the design and delivery of complex entertainment venues from RIBA stages 0–3+, ensuring spatial clarity, communication, and confidentiality while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. **Expectations:** - ARB‑registered (or equivalent) with 7+ years post‑Part 3 experience. - Proficient in AutoCAD and Rhino; familiarity with Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or Blender. - Lead design teams, coordinate consultants, and maintain project confidentiality. - Passion for entertainment‑led architecture and experiential design. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop conceptual and detailed designs for theatres, auditoriums, performance spaces, and hospitality‑led experiential venues. - Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and RIBA Stage deliverables (Stages 0–3+). - Coordinate with internal and external consultants to preserve design intent and quality. - Oversee spatial planning, circulation, crowd movement, and acoustics considerations. - Manage design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and project documentation. - Contribute to creative brief development and uphold confidentiality standards. **Required Skills:** - Architecture registration (ARB or equivalent) and ≥7 years post‑Part 3 experience. - Strong spatial thinking, circulation, and crowd management. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino; competent in Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion, Blender. - Leadership and team‑management abilities; consultant coordination. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work independently on high‑profile, confidential projects. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor or Master of Architecture (BA/MA) or equivalent. - ARB registration (or equivalent) with 7+ years post‑Part 3 experience. - Additional BIM or project‑management certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
