The role focuses on optimizing the existing Partnership Framework and driving key initiatives to enhance partnerships across the company. As a Consultant, you will help streamline processes, provide strategic insights, and ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Program Management: Oversee and manage various partnership programs, including lifecycle analysis and performance evaluation.
Profitability Analysis & Reporting: Conduct profitability analysis, define key metrics, identify data sources, and develop dashboards to measure the success and effectiveness of partnerships.
Partners Onboarding & Operations: Support partners’ onboarding process and improve operational activities to enhance the partnership experience.
Design and Implement New Partnership Frameworks: Develop frameworks for new types of partnerships, including creating legal and contractual agreements, financial models, operational processes, performance metrics, monitoring systems, and risk management governance.
Skills and Experience Required:

Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, develop, or adapt applications based on functional and business analysis to meet user requirements
Ensure thorough understanding of requirements and translate them into programming language and architecture
Collaborate with internal teams for functional analysis and design solutions
Conduct Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile testing
Document software and processes
Identify and report issues while proposing optimal solutions
Evaluate potential changes and their impact on software modules
Additional Tasks:
Quality assurance & test scenario creation
Retest and troubleshoot testing issues
Apply lessons learned and continuous improvements after each milestone
Provide leadership, coaching, and training to junior developers*
Technical Skills:
