Job Description
Job Title: Director, Information Systems **Role Summary**: Lead and develop enterprise information systems strategies to ensure secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology infrastructure. Drive technology innovation, cybersecurity, and operational excellence to support organizational goals. **Expectations**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering. - 10–15+ years of progressive information systems/IT leadership experience. - Proven expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and systems architecture. - Experience managing technical teams in multi-site environments. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute the enterprise information systems strategy, governance, and technology roadmap. - Oversee IS service delivery, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, networks, and end-user support. - Direct cybersecurity, privacy, and technology risk management programs. - Implement technology planning, digital transformation initiatives, and data governance frameworks. - Manage IS budgets, vendor contracts, and technology investments. - Build and lead high-performing IS teams focused on service excellence and operational resilience. **Required Skills**: - Mastery of Microsoft ecosystem, SQL, networking, and modern enterprise platforms. - Ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions. - Strong leadership, communication, and change-management capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical discipline. - No specific certifications required (industry-standard certifications may be preferable).
