**Job Title:** Enterprise Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth and market share for Ruijie Networks’ solutions by identifying, securing, and expanding business opportunities across target verticals, developing strong channel partnerships, and nurturing key client relationships. **Expectations:** - Attain and consistently exceed defined sales quotas. - Deliver strategic client engagement and long‑term partnership development. - Maintain a robust pipeline through proactive market research and opportunity creation. - Demonstrate strong cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, product, and partner teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in education, healthcare, government, and mid‑to‑large enterprise sectors. - Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity discovery to contract finalization. - Conduct market investigations to uncover industry trends and customer insights. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and upsell. - Discover, onboard, and manage key channel partners, enhancing partner capabilities and joint sales initiatives. - Co‑organize marketing events targeting end users and channel partners to drive brand awareness and demand. - Engage CIO/CTO groups, communities, and clubs to promote product solutions and gather market feedback. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales project management experience with end‑to‑end execution. - Strong partner development and management background. - Ability to win large, complex projects and drive successful implementation. - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline. - Minimum 5 years of overseas sales experience within the targeted industries (education, healthcare, government, mid‑to‑large enterprises).
