Job title: Sales Executive – Employer & Regional Health Plan Partnerships Role Summary: Drive acquisition of self‑funded employer groups and broaden coverage through relationships with brokers, employers, and regional health plans or PBMs, selling a pharmacy‑access SaaS platform and ancillary services. Expactations: Secure signed employers and onboard covered lives; establish and grow relationships with regional plans or PBMs to expand employer reach; continuously refine the employer value proposition based on pharmacy economics; maintain a consistent, repeatable sales pipeline in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: - Sell Peek’s pharmacy‑access technology and ancillary services to employers, health plans, and PBMs. - Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, self‑insured employers, employer coalitions, and benefit decision‑makers. - Drive adoption by securing covered lives through direct and indirect employer engagement. - Partner with regional health plans/PBMs that have employer access to expand reach. - Introduce targeted drug strategies, including manufacturer‑direct pricing, as part of the offering. - Refine and articulate Peek’s value proposition for self‑funded employers. - Coordinate with internal teams for contracting, onboarding, and execution. - Stay current on employer pharmacy economics and savings drivers. Required Skills: - Proven sales experience with employer/self‑insured groups or similar B2B segments. - Experience selling SaaS employee‑benefit solutions. - Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills. - Deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, employer decision dynamics, and cost‑savings drivers. - Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage a sales pipeline. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred). - Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader) are a plus; not mandatory.
