Sales Executive – Employer & Regional Health Plan Partnerships

Background

Peek is building a modern, employer-centric pharmacy access platform designed to reduce drug costs, improve transparency, and lower out-of-pocket expenses for employees. Our model connects employers directly to manufacturers and alternative pharmacy channels—without relying on traditional PBM spread pricing.

We work with Transparent PBMs, Health Plans, self-insured employers including MSOs, TPAs, Brokers, and Employee Benefit Consultants.

Role Overview

We are looking for a sales executive with existing relationships and experience selling into self-funded employer groups and/or their partners that control or influence covered lives.

The primary focus of this role is employer acquisition and lives under management, with a secondary focus on working with regional plans or PBMs that can extend employer reach. This is a relationship-driven role suited for someone who understands how pharmacy decisions are made at the employer level and how regional plans support those decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Sell Peek technology and ancillary pharmacy and healthcare related services to our Employer, Health Plan, and PBM customer base.
Develop and grow relationships with Brokers, self-insured employers, employer coalitions, and benefit decision-makers.
Drive adoption by securing covered lives through direct and indirect employer engagement.
Work with regional health plans or PBMs that have employer access and are open to alternative pharmacy models.
Introduce targeted drug strategies as part of the Peek offering to employers, which could include manufacturer-direct pricing options.
Refine and expand Peek’s value story for self-funded employers.
Coordinate with internal teams to support contracting, onboarding, and execution.
Maintain a strong understanding of employer pharmacy economics and savings drivers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience selling into employer groups or self-insured employers.
Experience selling SaaS products as an employee benefit.
Existing relationships that can lead to lives under management.
Experience working with or alongside regional health plans or PBMs preferred.
Solid understanding of pharmacy benefits and employer decision dynamics.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong communicator with a relationship-first sales approach.
