Job Title: Head of Business Development Role Summary: Executive leader responsible for designing and executing the global commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, secure enterprise partnerships, and expand market footprint across the entire BookFlowGo portfolio. Leads end‑to‑end sales cycle, builds C‑level relationships, and aligns cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric value propositions. Expectations: - Achieve and surpass annual revenue and partnership targets. - Build and maintain a scalable global pipeline of high‑value B2B opportunities. - Establish and nurture strategic alliances that extend product reach and influence industry standards. - Lead a high‑performance sales culture with measurable best‑practice adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and execute commercial strategy aligned with company objectives. - Own end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and post‑sale account management. - Identify, qualify, and formalise strategic partnerships; negotiate terms, pricing, and tenders. - Translate market intelligence into actionable GTM initiatives and proposal frameworks. - Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to tailor solutions and refine roadmap based on customer feedback. - Represent the organization at industry events, key decision‑maker meetings, and global forums. - Mentor and develop the commercial team, instilling a growth‑oriented mindset. Required Skills: - 7+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS or mobility‑technology sales, with a track record of closing multi‑million‑pound deals. - Proven success in account‑based selling, pipeline management, and long‑cycle negotiations. - Strong relationships with C‑level stakeholders in aviation, airports, or related travel sectors. - Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability; ability to pitch to boardrooms and influence delivery teams. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills. - Commercial acumen: ROI assessment, business case development, and procurement influence. - Comfortable managing multi‑stakeholder, multi‑country sales cycles. - Adaptable leadership in agile, fast‑moving environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. - MBA or equivalent commercial qualification is a plus. - Any recognized sales or negotiation certification (e.g., Sandler®, SPIN, or similar) is advantageous.
