**Job Title:** Regional Business Director **Role Summary:** Lead regional sales strategy and operations in the Southeast, focusing on revenue growth, distributor leadership, and market expansion within orthopedic, sports medicine, and tissue regeneration sectors. **Expectations:** Achieve aggressive revenue targets, build scalable sales infrastructure, and drive market innovation with limited supervision in a high-growth environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own regional sales performance, forecasting, pricing negotiations, and KPI reporting. - Recruit, train, and retain high-performing distributors and sales representatives. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals. - Establish partnerships with surgeons, healthcare providers, and key industry stakeholders. - Provide in-clinic education and support for surgical teams; demonstrate product application and best practices. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations. - Represent the company at conferences, industry meetings, and customer events. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years of progressive sales leadership in orthopedics, sports medicine, or related medical sectors. - Proven success in building and scaling sales teams; exceeding revenue targets. - Experience leading independent distributor networks and managing OR case support. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - Demonstrated expertise in commercializing innovative medical technologies. - Autonomy in fast-paced, evolving environments with high accountability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Preferred: Prior experience in foot & ankle, territory planning, or early-stage tech ventures.
