Job Title: Director of Sales – Foodservice Role Summary: Lead foodservice sales strategy and account management for a growth-oriented food manufacturing company, driving revenue expansion through distributor, operator, and regional account channels. Expectations: Drive revenue growth, strengthen distribution partnerships, and execute strategic sales initiatives to support company expansion in protein-based and value-added food categories. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies for distributor, operator, and regional accounts. - Identify, pursue, and close new business in protein and value-added food categories. - Manage customer relationships through performance analysis, forecasting, and engagement. - Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product development teams on customer-specific initiatives. - Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity for strategic decision-making. - Support broker networks and distributor programs; represent the company in client meetings and industry events. Required Skills: - 5+ years foodservice sales experience (protein/meat categories preferred). - Proven expertise in revenue growth and complex sales cycle management. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Relationship-building in distribution, broker, and operator accounts. - Market trend analysis and strategic thinking. - Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset. - Willingness to travel.
