**Job Title:** National Account Contract Manager **Role Summary:** Streamline operations and customer service between large protein producers and technical service centers. Manage performance metrics, optimize processes, and ensure compliance to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** Handle high-volume data, resolve operational issues, negotiate vendor contracts, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee account performance against metrics (on-time delivery, inventory management, error-free operations). - Analyze operational data (backorder reviews, sourcing efficiency, response times) to identify and implement process improvements. - Collaborate with vendors to secure cost-effective pricing and sourcing solutions. - Conduct plant quality audits and report results; drive compliance with best practices. - Facilitate communication between service centers and production plants; resolve conflicts and streamline workflows. - Train and mentor internal teams on service protocols and customer account management. - Document lessons learned and operational insights for future reference. **Required Skills:** - Advanced data analysis and reporting. - Strong negotiation and vendor management. - Proficiency in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies. - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities under high volume. - Customer service and conflict resolution expertise. - Leadership to train and coach teams. - Proficiency in inventory and project management tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field. - Certifications in supply chain management, project management (e.g., PMP, CSCP), or quality assurance preferred.
