Job Description: **Job Title** Sales Manager **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth and profitability by developing a client portfolio, negotiating complex IT‑services contracts, and managing a team of consultants to deliver high‑quality projects. Lead the full sales cycle, optimize staffing, and ensure client satisfaction while tracking key performance metrics. **Expectations** • Deliver incremental revenue and new account openings as per quarterly targets. • Achieve high placement and retention rates for consultants on client missions. • Maintain profitability and margin benchmarks. • Meet or exceed agreed KPIs (sales volume, margin, staffing, inter‑contract coverage). **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain a portfolio of SMEs and large accounts. - Diagnose business and IT needs of decision‑makers and craft tailored solutions. - Lead negotiations from proposal to contract signing. - Oversee project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction. - Coach and monitor on‑site consultants, ensuring performance and engagement. - Participate in consultant recruitment and staffing optimisation. - Manage the activity through dashboards on revenue, margin, accounts, and staffing. - Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial and operational processes. **Required Skills** - 2–5 years of proven experience selling IT services or in an ESN. - Expertise in complex sales cycles and managing executive stakeholders. - Strong results orientation and performance management capability. - Structured, autonomous, and solution‑focused mindset. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and team‑leadership skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional sales or project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are desirable but not mandatory.
