Job title: Solutions Specialist Role Summary: Contractor, commission‑only B2B sales specialist targeting small businesses and startups. Responsible for independent lead generation, pitching managed IT services, and maintaining prospect relationships using a simple CRM. Works independently but reports progress to the organization. Expectations: - Deliver measurable sales results on a commission‑based model with unlimited earning potential. - Operate independently, managing own schedule and pipeline while meeting quarterly sales targets. - Keep the organization informed of progress through the approved CRM system and periodic updates.
